I need to join two pieces of 1" SS rail tubing. I would rather avoid time and expense of getting it welded. Does anyone know where I can find a straight 1" coupling? Internet search does not find one. Any ideas

take a caliper and measure the internal diameter. Then find something that fits that dimension and slide the outer stainless over it

Did you try "Overtons"? They carry a bunch of stuff for making boat bimini's , etc.

Could also try Mcmaster Carr.....

did you try West marine.. they carry railing and couplings...

Defenders carries SS railings and couplings. (I think)

This is close, cut the bolt off.
