A friend of mine was traveling down 12 Mile Road,(is that right?) just outside of Neport sunday, and he watched a female scuba diver come out of the water dragging two bass, good size he says, (he is a fisherman) with a speargun over her shoulder. I didn't think it was legal in Mass. but I am curious whether or not anyone here knows, as I am sure some one will.

When my buddy told me I said no way, but then I recoiled and said let me check, I know just the people to ask.

I miss OLN.. thought you might get it on FIOS. I hate how I can spit on people that can get FIOS and I can't, though I hear the on demand is crap.

sorry, derail over. :)
