Anyone got a sore thumb yet?
I'm sure looking forward to fishing for stripers soon...maybe I can introduce a few herring to some hungry linesiders next week.
In past years, this would be the first week you could expect to find 40 pound, 50 pound, and even larger bass working the southern shore of RI. I'm not sure if the low water temps will have any negative impact, but big cow bass usually set up shop and start chowing down on flatties in the shallows.
Get out there and get em.
