And you aren't getting paid to go out on the water. One look from the ramp to the bay said time to turn around and go remove the outdrive, then go to the party. What could be better than going to Oysterfest 2011 with the masses? It is always amazing to me that my camera draws attention moths to the flame.
Here are the pics I can show.

This was wrong on so many levels

If you do it, I will take a picture, and I will post it on the internet.

The camera draws them in.

They both turned for this picture.

There was even furniture dancing.

The Rip It Ups played well, their audio was mixed with the instruments to loud, and the voices were not bright. They must not have used separate voice speakers. But it still was a great dancing jam session.

The kid in the clay Aiken shirt is one of My best friends from high school. He is absolutely nuts! You wouldn't believe half the crap he does.

Nice, well I have a lot of Wellfleet experience, I have been coming here since I was born, and if people act up for the camera, you might see it on the net.

So far, I have attended every Oysterfest, but one.

I got lucky driving from Truro to Brewster to trout fish. The traffic was on the other side both sides of my trip. When I drove past the mess at 1pm, it was bumper-to-bumper from Moby #^&#^&#^&#^&'s all the way to Red Barn - couldn't believe it.

I heard it took people hours to get out of there at the end of the day. Yikes

My place is in Harwich, we have been to 7 years in a row and after the first year we started renting a place for the weekend up on west main street. Traffic and the ability to drink without worry is well worth the off season rates. In general the best time to be there is the 1st hour and a half and the last. Every year is different but always a great time. Good for local economy as well I would assume, although most of the booths are not really local. I certainly drop a few bucks. Oyster stout!!
