I can't believe all the damned Holloween movies on TV for the whole month.

Yeah , all day scary movies on holloween day and night or even from the weekend before may be fun to some but every day , all night for the whole month of October?? How much being scared can you really absorb. If you watch scary movies say 3 days in a row , don't you kind of get numb to blood , monsters , screaming and surprise shocking entrances?

I'm getting really sick of the programming cox has been offering. I've been with them since the late 80's but I'm really thinking about a change or just dropping cable TV all together.

we are two.... because they just don't offer anything
to justify the expense....

the movies are pitiful....

my father use to say: TV is cheap entertainment
well those days are LOOOOOONg gone

you can watch some good TV on Hulu
the history channel or discovery channel
not to mention the news video's

Let's not forget that the "regular" cable channels that show halloween movies tend to show the same ones numerous times during their broadcast timeframe.

We found a new channel called THIS which is channel 297 on our comcast system.
This past weekend they showed "The Creature From The Black Lagoon", with limited commercials. Do you know how long it's been since I've seen one of the classics on cable?
Try YEARS!

THIS has been showing some real gems like Frankenstein, the Bride of Frankenstein, Island of Lost Souls, The Island of Dr. Moreau, and of course The Creature from the Black Lagoon.

I mean how many times can I see Halloween (and ALL the sequels and remakes) Aliens (not Alien, but all three sequels, or any of the Friday the 13th films (after the first ORIGINAL one) before I give up?

If thier goal is to push people AWAY from cable, they are well on their way!!!

the walking dead will be coming to a street near you.....

suddenly they all Break into the thriller dance with one of them Blaring
a boom box.....

i predict that thriller (the song) will become as much a part of halloween as pumpkins in the future with dead MJ's everywhere
