While Joe Biden was in Michigan he must have been smoking some bad pot, while away from the white house . He had stated just the other day with the police commissoner standing behind him that if the jobs bill was not passed by Friday, Rape, Murder and Mayhem would increase substantially. Monies going to the teachers and police through out the country would have mostly gone to the teachers and in turn given to the union.

You would think that the president would keep him out of the publics view. Joe is always putting his foot in his mouth.
