I stayed at the Divi Divi which is an all inclusive resort geared more towards families and couples. I think you would have a blast there. If you find it a little too quiet, you can walk to the left(if you're facing the beach) and go to the next hotel. They will honor you all-inclusive bracelet and it's a little more lively. If you walk to the right, you come will come to the casino. Obviously a good time there. And you can always take a taxi down to the strip, or rent a four wheel drive vehicle and do some exploring(which I would highly recommend). If you want to do some awesome snorkeling from shore, go to Baby Beach( i think that's what it's called.) Just don't eat the food there. Sorry can't help with fishing....

Crazy good. Everything you could want at your fingertips, golf across the street. Beautiful beach. Tip: you need shade or you'll cook on the beach. That may involve waking up at 6 AM and staking out a cabana (limited numbers) by putting a couple of towels over the chairs and a bag on the table. That system is actually respected. lots of New Englanders there, ask for top shelf booze (which they will pour happily - remember....all inclusive) The place is the bomb. They will hook you up with fishing. Friendliest people ever. Madam Jeanettes for higher end meal, but the all inclusive at the Divi gives you access to 3-4 choices that I thought were decent. Party bus was really fun.

I heard the Divi was good too. I stayed at the Rennaisance and the mariott. The Mariott was awesome. Wish we had stayed there all week. It was a beach resort paradise with tiki bars, jet skiing ect all right there. and you could walk to the mall/restaurants ect.

Aruba kicks ass. Best island ive been too.

I don't know if the Divi still has them, but those little huts where they made personalized pizzas were the chit.

i've stayed at the Tamarjin a few times and really like it. Its the hotel to the left of the Divi Divi. A bonus here that the is that there's a nice point and bowl (some years) down by the Bunker Bar. I've taken some smallish snook there, and heard of some decent fish landed. Smallish white bucktails (1/4 to 1/2 oz) and storm shads (4") seem to work best, also shiny poppers like the small smackit.

Try the Divi Phoenix in the high rise area. Outstanding hotel
