$75 a barrel in early October....

$98 today.

So how come #1 the price of gas hasn't changed at Cumbies in all this time. $3.40 a gallon it hasn't budged once.

Diesel has been sitting at $3.89 without a budge also.

Heating oil looks like a darn sawblade

Check Oil Prices, Heating Oil MA, Discount Heating Oil MA, energy MA | Mass Energy (http://www.massenergy.org/heating-oil/prices)

I realize Iran is about to be blown to pieces in War 2011 Version 34A but what's up with this pricing! Seems like it's being artificially held up and no-one is saying anything.

We have been conditioned to paying these high fuel prices so they have become the norm. Yet oil companies continue to post record profits each and every quarter, It was the perfect time for BP to spill all that oil in the gulf as they were raking in huge profits....they barely skipped a beat making money! Oil per barrel prices have been fluctuating for 2 years and there has been hardly a reduction in price at the pump in all that time. To sum up.....oil companies SUCK!!! And this Government SUCKS MORE as they do nothing to regulate gouging!!!

Gas stations make more money when the price of oil is in a decline than when it rises. Take a look at the price of fuel from Eastham to North Truro. One of the attendants at the station in North Truro told us that 4-5 owners in the area get together every once in a while to talk about prices.

spiking now

News Headlines (http://www.cnbc.com/id/45312307)

"Inventories in the U.S. Midwest have swelled this year due to rising supplies from Canada and North Dakota"

So inventory is up and demand is down but diesel went up .05 today.

Total BS when these guys say it's on a 90 day curve. Two days and they've raised prices on Gas and Diesel.

They say refining started and demand is up. Sure.

just before a holiday
because of ANTICIPATED demand

more people driving and flying to be with family ect.

also OBAMA voted down the oil from shale idea

and the subsequent pipeline to deliver it
which is the smartest thing he's done thus far IMHO
