Rob Rockcrawler 12-11-2011, 09:04 AM 46 in my house right now. I went to bed at 10 and just got up. I woke up at 3 AM and couldn't get my arse outta bed to stoke the stove.
UserRemoved1 12-11-2011, 09:18 AM 46 yikes
JohnnyD 12-11-2011, 10:34 PM 46 degrees? Nope, not gonna happen. The lowest I'll let it get in our bedroom is 59, and that's just because our heat sucks and it'll be 64 in the rest of the house. 59 is still way too cold.
striperman36 12-11-2011, 11:12 PM 19 outside tonight lots of cold houses

UserRemoved1 12-12-2011, 04:57 AM House is 69 this morning. Not for long I turned the stove up :)
Mr. Sandman 12-12-2011, 05:04 AM Haven't had a hard frost here yet...a very light one early in the morning the other day but that was only because we had no wind. Hard to get a freeze when you are surrounded by an infinite heat sink/source that is at 48 deg right now. It is chilly right now though...maybe 30 deg
UserRemoved1 12-19-2011, 06:10 AM It's 9 here right now. House kept up last night it's 68 in the kitchen with the stove on 4. Sweet!
It's 42 in the shop right now oh joy
stripermaineiac 12-19-2011, 08:27 AM LOL sounds like a heat wave down there. At 3 this am couldn't see the 0 cause the temp arm on thermometer was in the way. Still 68 in house though. glad we have a small place heats easy.

OLD GOAT 12-19-2011, 11:13 AM Well I married a hot chick that lets me turn the heat up to sixty two during the day. Needless to say I snuggle a lotat night.
piemma 12-19-2011, 11:16 AM Had the Quadra-Fire going in the kitchen and the Vermont Casting Encore going in the living room. Got too warm (75 degrees) so I shut down the Encore. 68 when I got up this morning and I never touched the kitchen stove after 9:30 last night.:rotf2:

UserRemoved1 12-19-2011, 02:55 PM oh I wouldn't discount any ice just yet. I saw a pond in Westboro today that had a pretty healthy layer of ice on it. 80% of the pond was covered and this was not a small pond.
stripermaineiac 12-19-2011, 03:37 PM LOL this has been some yr for weather . 50 deg diff from one day to the next. WOW
Swimmer 12-19-2011, 04:35 PM Eleven outside and 71 degrees inside this morning at 3:30 a.m. when the dog had to go. Worked out good though, stoke the fire during the dump, and when I arose this morniing at 6:15 a.m. it was 72 degrees inside downstairs.
spence 12-19-2011, 06:42 PM Hose blew up this morning. With all the warm weather I never even bothered to shut them off.
