That the fisheries dept. is in full reverse of what they said before that cod stocks were fine....now their saying their thinking about a 7 year ban on ALL taking of any cod cause cod are all but gone.....and these guys are in charge?

They probably read about the moratorium on cod up in Newfoundland for over twenty years
