had my mother at 16. Been together through thick and thin. True inspirations, so proud of them. This was in the Charleston, WV Gazette on Christmas about them.

That's great. The older one gets, the more important physical activity becomes. A couple in our ski club are 83 and, in addition to other seasonal activites, ski more than 40 days each winter, including an annual trip with their children and grand kids to Park City.

I have an Aunt, she's 91, my father popped in to see her last week....she wasn't home she was opening her camp in NH....she still snow-mobiles in the winter.

This woman is non-stop all the time...

3 years ago her son made her sell her motor boat on Lake Attitash because he was worried about her.......next year she went and bought a new one.

She still works part time as a visiting nurse....she rocks

Bart, your grand-parents rock as well...they're inspirations to people

That's awesome, TDF.

Matt, yeah I'm the grandson mentioned in the article haha. I had been in crazy shape for a few years then gradually just let it slip away. After my Grandfather had his kidney removed(cancer) and I saw how well he was doing after, it motivated me to start back up again. Plus I gotta look good for the ladies at the beach this year :uhuh:
