Saltheart 12-30-2011, 02:29 PM Eat better food and less junk carbs. Get back to daily exercise , even if just walking. Spend more time chasing women. Go to bed earlier. Maybe do some internet selling (that's a 10 year old resolution I never seem to get to! ).
