Kerosene Heaters

Way over analyzing :hihi: But I wouldn't expect anything less
You can actually show up with nothing and use the House lines.
I just use my ice fishing rod and a small swedish pimple or small ice fishing jig. Sometimes I use half of a sabiki to throw an extra couple of hooks down the hole...but not necessary.
Bring a bucket, some food, and some beverages and relax
stripermaineiac 01-17-2012, 04:36 PM If you got some clams they do add sometimes.Worms is whats sold an suplied at most smelt places.Make sure you bring flower, salt an some smelt spice and aluminom foil. fresh cooked smelts are the best MMMMMMM
JackK 01-17-2012, 04:44 PM Do I need to bring my Van Staal 25?

nice - glad it went well. i'm gonna try and get up one night this week. take dominic on his first trip. some of my fav memories as a kid were smelting. we would go down to "a" st docks with the family in the middle of the night. lanterns, bamboo poles and a box of shrimp. when the mackeral would push through - you'd think you hooked a tuna. good times
