Does anyone have the number to call to report illegal fish sub 28" being taken? I recall a thread or two about this last year in regards to some scumbags taking illegal fish at the ditch.

I witnessed at least 4 illegal fish in a matter of 15 minutes being taken over at the locks in Charlestown, right outside of Boston. They would bring the fish in, and run it over to their car and go back for another. After a pissin' match with a couple of them I figured my efforts were futile.

I wish I programmed that # into my cell phone last year to alert the authorities. I was rip sh*t at these pricks, lined up elbow to elbow, crossing lines and screwing with this fishery.

I figured that at least it would be good to get that phone # out to members of this board early in the year.

I know that this has been discussed many times before but the keeping of shorts at urban locations is quite common. I would not confront them and instead call the number given. Also, get their license plate numbers. It is amazing how ignorant people are.
