View Full Version : Nebe's work on exhibit in Sandwich
numbskull 03-31-2012, 11:53 AM There is an article in yesterday's Falmouth Enterprise about Eben Horton being the featured artist at the Sandwich Glass Museum April 4-July 29. Has a picture of his glass striped bass.
Seems like a cool chance to go see his stuff after fishing the canal some am and I thought some of you guys would be interested in this.
It will cost ya $6 to get into the museum, but could be an excuse to take the wife for an outing and gain some brownie points. Hey, the fish hatchery is nearby, too, and that is a big hit with the kids.

Sandwich Glass Museum is a great place to go even without Eben's stuff there. That much nicer that he is the featured artist.
Will be dragging Liam down sometime next month. And yes, bring rolls of quarters for the Hatchery!

zimmy 03-31-2012, 12:48 PM will it be there in June? Also, Nebe, at some point a few years ago I won a picture contest and was supposed to get an extra stripe from one of them glass basses. Now that I didn't win megamillions AND your work is deemed museum quality , I might need that stripe for my kids college fund. Very nice museum.
tattoobob 03-31-2012, 02:39 PM I have a trip down planned to go to the lure collectors show and then head over to check Eben's work out.

Too bad, I thought it was a link to good donut shops.
piemma 03-31-2012, 02:48 PM Jeanne and I have quite a few pieces of Eben work and it all draws admiring comments when we have company. His work stands out.

My family does as well. The coolest has to be the decanter I commissioned for my brother in law. He likes cognac and has a really eclectic style...this was a hit...
