Would like to get $80 for this rod, I had intentions of re wrapping it and maybe cutting it down but I can barely afford to build my own plugs let alone get into rod building... It's missing a couple guides, I don't have any identification numbers but my friend has a stick that looks the same as this and he said it was probably wrapped by Al Cappy outta Everett,Mass.

At first I thought the same thing. Same colors and wrap pattern Charlie used on many of his wraps. Definitely and earlier wrap if it is his.
