Forget the 9 fish quota and the 1" size increase.
Resume unlimited 18" haddock immediately.
Now what can they use their "best available science" to go count now.....:smash:

my god why they even bother ....should of just left it changing back may 1st....just going to confuse the heck out of everyone.

That's funny, my 2 year old can forecast the weather better than NOAA.
The closer I follow our Government fisheries, the more and more screwed up I realize they are. Blind leading the blind.......
Although they are heavily influenced politically and we all know this is an election year
..

I was going to make a comment in addition to the "Blind leading the blind" by including " into a whorehouse to fish!"
But after the Secret Service fiasco in Mexico, that is more truth than fiction.
