I found a Barnes and Noble Gift card that was pretty old but after checking on their site it was still good and worth $25. I invested it in two books of pressure cooker recipes. One book at 301 recipes and one has 300 recipes. They are by different authors so hopefull the duplicated recipes between the books are minimal.
My father used to love to cook (and eat) "Pressure Cooker Chicken" the chicken ended up nice and juicy and there was a nice gravy of sort in the bottom of the cooker at the end that was pretty good on potatoes.
I want to try all kinds of ribs. Spare ribs , short ribs , baby backs , etc. I also like the idea I can go right from the freezer into the cooker and be eating in less that an hour.
Anybody here a pressure cooker expert or know any good recipes?
