Before I go digging, I have one trim tab working and one is dead, would they be on separate fuses? I'm thinking it's wiring or fuses.

I've replaced mine twice in the 15 years they have been on the boat....then again.. mine are on a center console out in the open.. you also might want the check the plug where the harness plugs into the acurator pump... you might find a case of the greenies in there as well... you didnt mention if the pump is running , on the side that is dead... is it dead in both directions?...
