Too far for me, but it should cost in the .85 to 1 per board foot range for 2# foam. Depends on quantitys, access, competition etc.

You can buy a froth pak, which is two part urethane foam. You need to wear a respirator, a really good one with the right cartridges. They work best for airsealing rather than trying to do the thermal insulation as foam. the material costs is typically equal to or a little more than having it done.
What is your assembly?
Example: asphalt shingle, plywood sheathing, 2x12 rafters, drywall

It's not rocket science, but you probably can get someone to spray it for 1.13 a board foot.
I would think someone here might have a recommendation or at least a "no way" for a contractor.

my pleasure, good luck and soon you will be done and sitting on your arse and enjoying all you hard work. I have spent the last month and a half doing just that at my place and it has been a lot of fun. Just towing the boat 6 miles each way to the ramp that used to be 45 each way has been a pleasure and when the albies show up it will be a half mile to the ramp. That being said I still got lots to do but taking some time off the slave driving schedule I was on since last August has been just what I needed to get some new energy needed for the next onslaught.

I needed it in 4 different areas where I had flat roof .. 120 sq ft all together 4" thick in rough sawn 4" bays.. one area I must have 8" in there . $500 .. small job . The inspector accepted it . Sometimes they'll make you put 1" rigid on top of that to bump it up over R30 ..I was trying to get max height on a low ceiling ..
