Nope!! It is also not cool to sign up on this site for the sole purpose of buying/selling. This is a great site and has many knowledgeable members. Spend some time on it and contribute so the members know who you are! If you are not into that you came to the WRONG place!!

You're alright. You need a minimum of 30 posts to sell on this board. You don't need a minimum to Buy...or make an offer (whether its cash or trade)

Yes - you don't need a minimum to buy - though I recommend buyers and sellers use something like paypal / money orders / or face to face. Shipping I suggest PayPal.
