Couple months ago had to change to a new lap top. I also moved from the Windows Vista to this present Windows Seven. I hate change.

Why cannot I place an Attachment when I post a new thread, including this thread? I click on Manage Attachments per usual and nothing happens.

Pop up blocker on if yes turn off and try again.

the software only allows files of certain types
so pick a known accepted file type like a Jpeg
and try that in the test section as an attachment
to see if works

Check the popup blocker like mentioned above - also try a different browser? Maybe Firefox of Chrome
