Gas prices dropped off a cliff leading up to the 2008 election. They dropped about $2.50 a gallon to $1.65 a gallon.. Now we are on a run of falling gas prices. Will they continue to drop through the Nov election?

My neighbor is a big wig with an environmental clean up company and told me the other day Exxon -Mobil tied up a lot on billions for a new refinery in Texas and there is some major problem that will force them to shut it down @ if anything expect prices to rise instead of drop.

My take is Yes. Saudis like the curent administration and have been ramping up production and worldwide demand is down. Now it all hinges on US refinery capacity...
