Nice water, yes. But the house has some major issues...... I almost went over the porch when I leaned against a railing post. Their unwillingness to keep up with maintenance will cost them a million when they eventually decide to sell. I could be there through September with what I saw, but was only authorized to do some bandaids. Crazy, when you realize they have it rented for July and August at 25k per month.........:smash:

The repairs are a huge tax write-off against the selling profit when the time comes. I hope you get that work as well Ross.

That looks awesome. Would be too tempting not to bring a rod to work.

I'm similarly blessed with a beautiful view out of my "office window" today through Friday. Only bad part is that it's about two hours north of Portland, ME.

Ya know there is also another house a few houses down from that one right on the water as well that looks like it is just dilapidated, not sure if anyone even uses it, that's a shame...

You jerks, it's still better than the view from my office (attached)

That would be Misery Island, Frank. Did you anchor up in Cocktail Cove over there? We can usually get macks on the other side of the island early between the gong and Bakers Island.

I new I mi#^&#^&#^&#^& on the name. Yes cocktail cove. Not many imbibers there that day, maybe ten boats for all the moorings there are. Met the kid who is the Trustees caretaker. We new a bunch of the same people from the vineyard.
