Only a two day job, but pretty spectacular view in the morning.... too bad I was repairing the carriage house on the other side.... Owners in Europe. Hiredby RE agent who rents it out for them.

But the house has some major issues...... I almost went over the porch when I leaned against a railing post. Their unwillingness to keep up with maintenance will cost them a million when they eventually decide to sell. I could be there through September with what I saw, but was only authorized to do some bandaids. I'm similarly blessed with a beautiful view out of my "office window" today through Friday. Not many imbibers there that day, maybe ten boats for all the moorings there are. Met the kid who is the Trustees caretaker.
