In decent shape. It's about 15' x 18' and perfect size to tie up between some trees...I bought it to use as an awning for my deck but it proved to not work so well.
$50 or trade for some decent plugs. Easy Bay pickup...

I need a small amount of sail cloth to make a new set of sails for 2 model boats... if you decide to use it for projects I would like a 40" square piece

Spinnaker material works better for models.
Hit any sailmaker and ask if they have any 3/4oz scraps.
