With all the blue sharks around seems a waste of good $ using good wire leaders and hooks.

Haywire on some 350lb piano wire (3ft). if you have to cut, then you just replace (when needed) the piano wire. Use a cheap hook, and Mr Mako shows up, garunteed.... MakoMike 08-24-2012, 08:20 AM 10 feet if cable to big crane swivel and then 3-5 foot of solid wire to the hook. That way you can keep cutting back and/or replace only the solid wire. Rubber band release clip will alert you if you have a customer.
