The Tiny Tuna tournament limited to 30 boats got off to a good start out of Gloucester with a Captains meeting on Thursday night... the tournament is run out of the Cape Ann Marina on Essex Ave.....Friday 2 Tuna were landed and a friend of mine landed a 406 pounder and today, Saturday they will be out again.

They had no problem filling the limited to 30 spots costing 900 bucks for the entry fee....had to refuse a dozen boats one being did not enter in time.

I'm usually on ch 69
I was cod fishing inshore sunday.
Sat I went past the bank groundfishing. didn't see much on my way thru the parking lot on the corner.
I'm sure a few fish were caught. the odds looked pretty low with the boats out there
