Michael Joyce is in northern Massachusetts and his work is pristine! He used to post on sol as wrapped tight and omg it's clay bacon. He's got a great sense of humor and wraps an unbelievable rod.

Also check out surf land up in your area. Mike built Rods for them for like 12 years then Neil but I'm not sure who is building for them currently.
