Have a Star Handcrafted s14/17 hc rated to 1-3/4. Could handle heavier bait but wouldn't like throwing big plugs.

Pretty sure I have what you're looking for. I'll post it tomorrow morning when it's light out.

Sorry. I thought I had something for you, but nothing rated up to 4 oz. Got a couple jigging sticks but they are rated higher.

I may have something for you, it's a 7' glass rod wrapped by CMS. I can post pics tomorrow if you are interested....

DonM built me a beautiful kayak stick on a musky blank years ago that is still my go to conventional livelining rod on my boat. Lots of backbone, short distance to reel seat, parabolic, and glass I believe. PM him and see if he remembers what blank he built them on, though he visits here infrequently..

Chris, look for a rod made on a lami GLB(live bait) 84-1M. Rated to 2-1/4 but I have thrown 3+ with it. Use it on the kayak a lot.

If 8' is ok, the glb 961mh is rated 3/4-3, but I throw 3 1/2 oz pencils and flip bunker on mine. It is my favorite rod.

If you are looking to do it on the cheap, I have a 8' Daiwa Sealine X (the older, and I think more highly regarded ones with the blue wraps). SL-X S802MRS 3/4-3 oz., 12-20lb. test.

Thanks guys. I ended up grabbing an ugly stick tiger light. Should do the job for now. Plan on getting a better setup over the winter.
