The acorns are falling like rain right now. Wind is blowing them off the trees in yard and it sounds like hail on the roof and on my truck. Maybe a tough winter as there are tons.

What are the little maggot worms in the acorns? My 3 year old was crushing acorns for the squirrels to eat and he was collecting little maggot looking worms in a bucket that were inside the acorn. He asked what they were I had no clue.

Gonna test start the snowblower tomorrow after work. I have a baaad feeling about this winter.
