this has to stop
end the madness NFL

the Sunday night game was horrendous, the Monday night game with that call at the end even with replay they got wrong was outrageous.
I wonder if the New York Times will list the standings with Green Bay being 2-1 as protest? or do they only screw with NE or Boston? :smash:

The PI call on Edleman was unbelievable, I'd love to hear an explanation for that one.
The call for holding on Spikes was bizzare, he released within 5 yards then the other guy was grabbing Spikes by the arm and we get penalized

enough is enough

Maybe all fans should write to the owners and tell them they will not spend one dime at the games for food or drink until the real refs are out there:fury::devil2::devil2:

I should just go fishing when football is on:wall:

and as far as last night.... I thought all scoring touch downs in the last 2 minutes got a booth review... was it past their bed time and because the clock expired they don't review the play...

In the pats game first half it was third down i believe, Flacco throws the ball to the ground in front of rice as Mayo is on him and gets call ed for interference but he was well within the 5 yards from scrimmage, actually 3 yards WTF, I thought you can make contact within 5 yards :wall:

these things are ruining the game

the nfl should add them up and realize 2 plus 2 equals 4 not 3
get qualified refs out there

it's a joke

When you have two refs signalling different signs on the same play, and they stand and look at the players on the ground like they had just opened a bear carcass and were trying to find it's arsehole, that really pathetic!!!!!:fury:

I commend Green Bay for walking off like they did. If they stayed it would be adding insult to injury!

They just got called back out to kick the extra point anyways...

You guys and your siege mentality---you just don't get it. Kraft is one of the most powerful and influential owners in the game. The whole #^&#^&#^&#^&ing NFL isn't in cahoots to screw the Patriots. :rotf2:

NFL ratings are up.
Owners have lockedout the refs.

It's a business and the owners aren't going to budge, don't think the commish can make it happen either

How many of those owners are playing in taxpayer-funded stadiums?

Oh, and the commissioner works for the owners. They hire him and can fire him. The day of independent commissioners, if it ever existed, ended the day the MLB onwers forced Fay Vincent out and hired their sock puppet Selig.

Well, they got the real refs back. The NFL must have really felt the pressure because the deal wasn't done until after midnight last night and there will be a crew of real refs working the Baltimore/Cleveland game tonight.
