Turnover city today. A win is a win but our D still looked porous. Gave up a ton of yards. Turnovers saved us. We'll take it !! :)

Go Pats

Yeah? How would you feel if you needed a clutch FG being down by 2 with a tick left on the clock?

Suddenly Gostkowski seems to have a case of the yips.

ya Mike, he needs his confidence back
I don't believe he has ever won a game at the end with his leg, Adam was always money.
if he missed that last chipshot, I believe Bill would be bringing in another kicker to try out....

I'll take that win, Buffalo is who we thought they were

McCourty redeemed himself
safteys still need improvement
Gronk is a beast
Wes is reliable
Ridley sure can run
Bloden looked like he's the next Kevin Faulk, great game, glad he got a TD
Glad to see them run the ball today, something like 40 runs to 36 passes :btu:
The O line played outstanding or the Bills D sucked
Vince is worth every penny they pay him and then some
Spikes can bring the wood

I hope Hightower gets healed quick
Denver coming next week, gonna be another battle and a test for the DB's

If the guy couldn't make a 30 yarder with a 3 TD lead, I guess it would be time to start looking elsewhere.

2010 he kicked a game winner in OT over the Ravens
2007 Playoffs he kicked the Go ahead FG with a minute left in the game against San Diego.

You got to remember, when Vinitieri was kicking for us the Pats always played those tight grind'em out football games.

With Gostkowski the team has been a High flying Offensive team that puts up tons of points in game the past few years so he hasn't been needed as much to kick the game winner because they usually put up a lot of points and games can be over by the 4th quarter (not so much with this defense though :wall:)
