Hey there.. I have a triangle berkley pro line winder from a long time ago, motor crapped out. A friend took it apart and said that that armature had broken pieces and brushes broken. Factory said no replacement to send to have it rebuilt someplace. I called a couple places around the country and was quoted 125-250 to rebuild..

Im looking to see if anyone here can rebuild for a lower cost or has a NOS motor.. RAE part # 4014005.

Let me know if you can help me out, if its to costly ill just part it out.

Thanks!

Try Walco Electric in Providence. (401)-467-6500. I deal with them alot and they've helped me find some rare motors or something that will take it's place. If nothing else they can give you a price on rebuilding it.

Tool motors are difficult but you may be able to get something from grainger if you bring it in

I know there is one in Pawtucket, but I think there's one in Taunton or Bridgewater too.

They are all over the place. If you can read the name plate on the motor( if there is one) you may be able to use there web site to come up with a suitable replacement
