May try and get up to crossfit boost in Brocton Saturday morning but back and shoulders are spent. Knocked out 100 pull-ups with 3 burpees every minute on the minute last night in 11:43. I'm improved over my February time of 17:27.

I burped 3 times and farted twice in about 5 minutes - was not a personal record.

I am fishing, somewheres between Watch hill and the Canal. This will be decided on the way down. My opinion is South County, because of the scenery, not the fishing of course.

Gonna head out to Montauk in the morning to see if it all comes together. Would love to stay for the evening outgoing, but have to work on Sunday. Supposed to be off Monday, but may get called in.

Yardwork, starting a new compost pile with the leaves, and grass clippings. Plus all the Haywood manure (which is known in these parts as a hot commodity) I have left will be piled on top.
