A message to Specialist,

(Bigfish...this one's for you) :D

Bill, I have enjoyed fihing with you this spring and hope that we are able to do a bunch more. Since I like you, I must tell you something.

My friend TK and yourself are being used by the unethical :smokin:alcoholic :yak:group of misfits known as Team Sea Monkey. Without the two of you they are nothing but a human cartoon reel. :D

Please understand that they are all going to live off your accomplishments while not carrying the load for themselves.:sleeps:

They are actually a group of pretty good guys with very devious brains. The only problem is that they, in general, can't catch fish. ;)

They almost ruined BigFish's license plate last week by putting a sicker over a sticker and well, let the games begin. :af: :behead::gorez:

While most of the Sea Monkey's were at home hiding :pop:, the members of Team Ave Maria were out winning the Cape Cod Leg of the Tri-State tournament Series this weekend.

Great job by Fisherwoman, Baitcaster, Chubsdad, Bass Master and my Brother Ronnie who, with myself joined as MSBA B Team to win this leg.

Fisherwoman took High Individual and Bass Master took second.

The team Ave Maria Junior Member we all call li'l Pat won the Juniors High Individual.

There were Team Sea Monkey's in attendence but in a very unusual turn of events, we really didn't hear much from them.:chatter

Well, I really think you are smart enough to get the picture. :wall:

Congrats to Team AVE MARIA !!!!!!:D :D :D

 BasicPatrick, here's to you big guy. Such an outstanding use of smilies, such technique. Absolutely un-paralleled by those who have preceeded you.:kewl: Also such a delivery of combined nouns, adjectives, and verse that I could hardly contain my enthusiasm.:bounce: I am also stunned to learn that The Specialist was a part of such a group known to those who fish as bottom feeders (Team Sea Monkey).:laugha: :hihi: :bl2: I pledge to do all I can, within my power as a fisherman, to defeat the evil empire that is Team Sea Monkey. Thank the fishing gods above for helping me see the error of my ways.:uhuh: Bring on the Charity Fishing Tournament and let no Sea Monkey stand in my way.:rocketem: :jump: :laugha:

Hey Sprinkles - if we fish together for the Charity Torunament and I'm unaligned with TSM or TAM - what does that do ? OR do I offer myself to the highest bidder?

Team Ave Maria: Offers of Cocahoes, fresh bunker, & cheap gas

OR

Team Sea Monkey: Beef Jerky and Pabst Blue Ribbon? Plus, I don't have a seaworm rod in my collection :D ?

What to do , what to do....

Van

Team KARAVI is going to fish quietly and hard during the charity tourny.

Throw no stones, just catch FISH......;) ;)

John R,

John, though we all acknowledge you should have Team S-B.

Besides that, you have always been in with the crew of Team AVE MARIA.

Of course you will do the right thing. Did you know that most Sea Monkey's do not even own Surf rods and those that do are...well...Bait Dunkers aka peir fishermen. Not a bad thing for taking the kids out, but damn John. Pabst Blue Ribbon.

I am willing to bet that besides our misled friend Specialist, all members of Team Sea Monkey think that Blooberries are for topping ice cream and pancakes. Even I know better and I have not had a drink in over 8 years.

John, help us save Specialist from the biggest mistake of his life.

Sea Monkeys troll 9'er rigs for Bluefish, and still have problems catching them. Sea Monkeys are mostly opposed to fishing with live eels because they are messy, and worst of all, Sea Monkeys refer to the size of their fish in inches rather than pounds.

This is too funny :D Sea Monkeys troll 9'er rigs for Bluefish, and still have problems catching them. Sea Monkeys are mostly opposed to fishing with live eels because they are messy, and worst of all, Sea Monkeys refer to the size of their fish in inches rather than pounds. :D ... But Patrick I'm holding out for all I can get :D .... And I do need more cocahoes - in addition to being a great schoolie plastic, my son likes them as a toy and calls them his fishies! After him, I'm halfway down on my Ledgerunner and Cocahoe supplies :eek5: and I don't dare take his away

BasicPatrick

John,

I would hook you up with the Cocahoes no matter what group of repulsive:yak5:, repugnant:splat:, rejects:jester: you were fishing with.

The plastics for your son are even free.

For you...we can always work something out my friend.

As a matter of fact, I am making the annual order next week.

This Sea Monkey thing is just ridiculous. First of all, they come after us of all people. Not Team Rock On :heybaby:or anyone more deserving of being the Target.

Then, instead of proving their own self-worth, they start handing membership cards out like napkins at MacDonalds. :fishslap:

They must have a true understanding that they can not beat us one on one so they will just keep signing people up until they get some one who can. Of course many can, but damn, they must be so mentally screwed up it is really sort of sad.

It is obvious that Team Sea Monkey's are operating under the same management strategies as the New York Yankees or SOL.devil2:

Too Bad bill got mixed up with this sort of fisherman. Next he will be organizing the 1st Annual Scup Trip. :whackin:

:gu: It is Dunkin Doughnuts that they use for a recruiting station, the one across from the MSBA meetings. Yeah, thats where they almost got me......almost.:uhuh:

Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in - we will have one hell of a raffle table this year - looks like team Sea Monkey may have better luck there after stirring up this hornets nest !

Start saving now + buy lottsa tickets - it all about raising money for the kids and having fun - -
Looks like its all falling into place nicely. :btu:

Thanks for the laughs

:bshake: All in good fun MooseNuckle, just having some laughs and generating some competitive spirit.:bounce: Where is this "Mr. X" that I have been reading about. I understand he knows where all the fish are but I never see him weighing anything of size into the Derby.:fishslap: :biglaugh: Come on Team Sea Monkey, lets see some weigh slips this season.:bc: You are a good man MooseNuckle as are your team mates, lets have alot of laughs this season, that is what it is all about.:kewl: There are a few more teams out there that I know of speaking of weighing in and only a couple have made their presence known. Team Karavi, Team Rock On, Team Striper1, to name a few. Did I miss anyone? Lets chat it up guys and gals.:call: :laugha: :hihi: :jump1: :jester:

:bshake: Who is Softail? Does anybody know? I guess he is the Deadly Seamonkey.:rocketem:

JohnR
06-05-2003, 01:58 PM
BigFish - Who do you refer to as the "Deadly SeaMonkey"?

I can venture an educated guess that "Softail" is a SM typa fellow :laughs: but he may not be the ringleader thou seeks.

If you are thinking the fella with the plaid leisure suits and the vessels piloted by ole granny - you would be mistaken. There was a registration previous to Softail (what male in his right mind would have Softail for a name? I could understand if this was a Harley site :rollem: ) going by the Highly Cryptic name of "SeaMonkey" . Alas, that may be the high cheiften for which you speak of.

There is also "Team Northern Alliance", if you venture southwest, that does not wield their craft on mere sissy boats but on the hard & noble carbide steel of cleat on weed strewn rock ...
