it has a trigger reel seat, fugi alconite guides, cork tape handle. this is a beautiful setup. reel alone with mods cost me 200.

this has been haunting me for weeks..... I want it bad, but just can't do it right now. hopefully things will ease up after Xmas (yeah, right?!!?) and I can find some extra dough

I have two rods that Don wrapped. Both AllStars. One is a 1208 with 6" cut from the butt and on is a 1087. Both spinning. He wraps a very nice rod and if I did not already have a 1208 wrapped conventional in my rack, neither one of you would have a shot at this outfit. I also have one of those reels. Great blank with a great reel and it's one stop shopping. Good luck.
