they got Stanley so that is all that is needed. I saw him last summer with return to forever and he blew my mind and he did it on a stand up bass.

If U want to hear some really good bass playin Joni Mitchell's album Mingus has some fantastic Jaco P. playin. Might be a little too slow, mellow, for some but well worth a listen if you like bass. Send the kids out of the house have a glass of wine and sink into the couch and give it a chance. The other players on the album are cream of the crop too.
