View Full Version : Adrian Belew
ProfessorM 11-24-2012, 07:44 PM Luved him in King Crimson with Zappa and other bands and of course his solo stuff. Probably at the fore front of taking the guitar into the future with all his electronics style as below

Took the time and it was worth it. There is so much more that goes into electric guitar than I realized. And he communicates it so articulately and with humor. He seems to be a very interesting person living happily in his skin and deeply immersed in all the facets of his discipline. I learned a lot, was entertained, and inspired to watch some more videos of his performances. Thanks.
ProfessorM 11-25-2012, 02:13 PM I watched it too and enjoyed it. Loved when he talked about Zappa. Quite the career. Looks more like a plumber than an innovative guitarist.

rphud 12-14-2014, 06:58 PM an obligatory tip of the hat to this one, but you really need Tony Levin on the Chapman stick to do it justice
