I'm going to give your recipe a try for my best friend's graduation party tomorrow night. Page me at JosephTien@wyndtell.com so I can get your replies quickly. It's a two-way pager. We can talk back and forth. Anyway, about the italian dressing, can it be from homade or brand like ken's, kraft, etc? and i dont have to serve it with rice, do i?i dont have a sweet corn cob, but canned corn, will it do?

Hello Notaro, the italian dressing I generally use is just store bought, Ken's, Thousand Island, etc. No you do not have to serve it with rice, just an idea. Canned corn should be fine, its just that the sweet corn is very flavorful but canned will be just fine. Just a few tablespoons of corn on each fillet. I am going fishing all day tomorrow, (big surprise right?) just follow the recipe carefully and you should be just fine. Good luck Notaro and let me know how you did, I hope all goes well.

it was a disappointment. i cant keep a filelt in a cooler for more than four hours. so it was illogical for me to bring it. so i didnt make it and bring it. and i got into an arguement with my mom about the "bluefish ways."...
im going to try as soon as the raining stops. oh, what beer would you recommend me to go with? im living in my house, not cruising on a charter boat where i can get banned if u catch my drift...;)

could you put a link to the post with that recipe?
no sense in reposting it.

I want to be ready when I get my next fish.
