My dog's pee froze before hitting the fire hydrant! And the tootsie rolls were frozen before hitting the ground...:rotf2:

Or as me grand pappy used to say, it's cold enough to whizz and lean on it.

Walked the entire length of Narragansett town beach this morning .. 15 degrees. My girlfriend found a sand dollar on the frozen sand!!

Corollary for today: How windy was it?

There were small log warning out in the toilet boil for 2-3" as winds blew back down the vent stack!

All night , crash , bang boom around the neighborhood. Fortunately none of it was in my yard. About 4 AM a big Booom and then no power. Obviously a tranformer blowing. tree or limb must have fallen on the wires.


It was so windy the Goodyear blimp was flying backwards!
