What do you currently have for a gin pole? Are you going to attach this boom to that?

will attach to the outside tower leg or possibly in the middle where the center rigger goes
Why not mount it to a piling on your dock?? Seems like a better idea.. Less junk on the boat

Be careful! 200 pounds may sound trivial but out on the end of a boom will put a lot of stress on the boom and where its attached at the base. Don't get hurt!

All set, I went to metal source and bought an 8' pipe
The marina wouldn't go for that nebe plus the tide is 11' at my place so the poles go up n down alot
Just need an extra hand getting coolers into the dock carts
