heading up to surfland, PI soon to get a new tip guide. i'm not sure what to ask for. anything specific besides "can you give me another one of these"...(pointing to my broken tip guide)

Yes be specific when you ask for 2 of them so you have a spare.

The Fuji hardloys are good enough and can take more of a beating than the higher grade stuff. If you don't bang your stuff on rocks like I do, you can go with Alconite or SiC. Kay or Martha, or anyone else up there will be good to you.
