Is #^&#^&#^&#^&ing horrible.

This bitch puts me on hold for 20 #^&#^&#^&#^&ing minutes for every question I ask.

I almost want to stay with cox communications because this bull#^&#^&#^&#^& does not happen EVER! :wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

Comparing cable/internet provider's customer service is like asking "which of these 4 women is the most rational?"

Unfortunately, just like with politicians, choosing a cable/internet provider is an exercise of choosing which one sucks the least.

i was totally lied to by VERIZON FIOS
promising me internet + TV service very soon

turns out they will NEVER be offering it in my area.

that being said.....

what are you paying for now a-days?

we are paying them <- to have to wade through endless commercials
so many........ that you totally forget what tv show your watching :hs:

it's time to take a stand and start complaining that it's too much!
recording EVERYTHING on DVR is the only sane way to watch now

verizon has stopped adding to the current network.They are looking into a deal with comcast to provide video and data through their network.all the selling on the tube is where the fios network is in place.in fact look in the near future to the selling off the wire network in Ma&RI.Also Mid Atlantic States.Just like they dumped ME,NH,VT a few years ago.Most outside the metro areas are losers so it's wireless.
