View Full Version : MonkeyPox
Sweetieface 06-09-2003, 01:53 PM I heard on the radio news today that someone recently contracted MonkeyPox, which is much like smallpox and fatal...
God forgive me here:
Please promise me that if I get MonkeyPox and die, that there will be a special thread dedicated solely to jokes about it. This one would be too good to pass up..... She was APE over fishing.... Jigs made her BANANAS,.....
If you don't, I will haunt the site. I swear. And I will tie boots to the ends of your lines. Seriously. MonkeyPox has so many possibilities, you'd be foolish not to laugh.
(not at other victims, of course, but at the name "MonkeyPox." I am laughing right now...)
Sweetieface 06-09-2003, 02:33 PM Ok, well I thought the word monkey was funny, but I guess no one else did.
Sorry, never mind.
I thought is was hilarious:D
MakoMike 06-09-2003, 03:52 PM Sweetie,
I've been hearing on the news that it isn't fatal, so you won't have to haunt the site. :laughs:
BigFish 06-09-2003, 04:24 PM Hi SweetieFace. I'm sorry if I stole your thunder with the Deadly SeaMonkeyPox thread but I had just gotten home and posted it when I saw yours. But do you know something? I think the word monkey is funny too, especially when you combine it with the word Sea. See, SeaMonkey. HA HA HA HA HA....HA HA HA:hihi: :laugha: :jump1: :biglaugh:

Raven 06-10-2003, 08:59 PM i did think that was very funny.... but it made me think
if you had monkey pox and gave it to a striped bass
would it get striped monkey pox? LOL:D
Sweetieface 06-11-2003, 07:30 AM or Monkey Bass Pox.
And then if Notaro caught that fish, would it then have Striped Monkey Feng Shui Bass-Pox?
Jimbo 06-11-2003, 08:36 AM I just heard on the news it's rarely fatal and generaly contracted from prairie dogs in the mid-West. How that relates to the name Monkey Pox is anyone's guess. Kid in NJ's got it, but he just came back from Indiana where they think he got it.
Sweetieface 06-11-2003, 08:39 AM Guess I'll be staying out of those Monkey-Prairie Dog bars from now on....
(and thats ok, Bigfish, I'll just haunt you now...) :err: :bl2:
Notaro 06-11-2003, 02:18 PM Okay, I'm going to ask my dad for the procedure on feng shui on this thread...
NilsC 06-11-2003, 02:37 PM Stay away from used computers, they may come with the...
