I am having a garage sale Saturday 4/20 10 am till 4pm, all must go!!! American Picker style, offers! I really need the cash and the bank wants the house so no real offers refused!!
Some fishing stuff, boat stuff, house hold stuff, Tools, 15' x 48" pool ect...ect...ect...

Do it like yesterday. All you need is a quit claim deed. They will probably not come for it. But they can. Especially in a case of strategic default. I can have it drawn up for free but you need to record it at the town and pay the recording fees.

dont leave the house until the day they ask you to leave with a shriff and at that point do cash for keys they will pay you 2 k to move out if you leave house in good condition ,i do this everyday it is sad but you can get somthing

This is a mobile home in a park (the new place) there was nothing to record at the town as we no own the land, so does a quick deed still need to be done?? Thanks

I moved in February, but my son is living there now.o it looks lived in cause I know they will close faster if they knew we moved.

Probably not if its in a park. But I'm sure it has some kind of deed or title since you own the trailer. Do you pay property or exise tax on it?

Also file for a modification on the other house. It will automatically halt the foreclosure and buy you up to 12 months to sell or short sell it with no recourse. It will also be better for the area not to have another foreclosure sale in the neighborhood. If you need help with a mod contact NACA neighborhood assistance corp or America. A free non profit that has contracts with all the major lenders to expedite the modification process.

Not all lenders do cash for keys. And if a sheriff shows up its a little late at that point to negotiate cash for keys. Cash for keys is negotiated before the actual foreclosure takes place as far as I know.

Nope Tax is included in he monthly park fees

Sale went ok today made some cash! Now I can spend it all, I got enough to pay the electric and car insurance so I will pay them monday and stop the shut off, not so lucky for the cell phones and cable, so there will not be any internet for me soon "(

Going to try to sell some other stuff in another yard sale next week?? No one wanted any fishing stuff, but the tools went out the door!! I wish I had more of them to sell!!
