That's a Chernobyl fish from Champlain! I think we may have met that one before!

I get a kick out of hearing as a kid how they've been extinct of 50 million years, and then seeing the story of a fisherman hauling one up in his nets decades ago.
Then as a follow up, a diver heads down to see if he can find any evidence of any more in the same general area.....decades later.
Imagine his surprise when he is diving, to see one approach him from the depths?
Imagine further how the scientific community learns that they aren't extinct after all, but rather just living their lives in a deep water environment?
Lastly, afetr finding that they are alive and surviviing off the coast of Madagascar, they find another colony of these fish living off the coast of Indonesia?

Extinct??? NO!
Just really concentrated in spcific areas of the world.

Still a kick-ass looking fish!
