Just found out that even if you have the free over 60 Geezer Liscense- you have to get a new one each year.

The main reason for the license is to keep a count of active anglers. If you don't keep getting one each year they have no way of knowing if you are still an active angler.

Or alive!:biglaugh:

Damn, I forgot about the 60 free pass, I should have waited until April to get my license instead of Jan. Well starting next year.....I :fishin: for free, :jump1: excluding the $1.30 internet convenience fee.:smash:

I am friekin amazed I made it this far. It is interesting how at some point you come to the realization that, "oh jesus, I better start taking this more serious, the health stuff that is".

Free, crap, girlfriend and I are turn 60 this coming month and I purchased new licenses for both. Luckily it's short money, I'll have to make a mental note about next year.

So that leads me to ask, I'll have to see what the CT out of state freshwater license for us old fart runs, might get me back to the Thames this winter. I stopped going because it was getting pricey.
