View Full Version : welfare fraud.....AGAIN!!!!
FishermanTim 05-28-2013, 04:42 PM A recent report shows that 1164 cases where welfare benefits were paid out to "dead" people, or people using a deceased persons SS #.
This isn't news, heck it isn't even new!
This is just how things are done in this state, plain and simple.
Sure, people will proclaim they will work on welfare reform, yet we still have these same issues year after year, from the same ol' sad politicians term after term.
It seems like those that are "supposed" to be looking out for this kind of fraud are still without any clue. (Or maybe responsible for perpetuating the problem?)
Apparently the people responsible for this system just don't give a damn about the system, and will be the first ones to point the finger at someone else when the blame-game begins.
We are so in need of welfare reform, but will never see it happen because of how the state is run.
striperman36 05-28-2013, 05:35 PM Just because they're dead doesn't mean they can't vote or collect
FishermanTim 05-29-2013, 02:08 PM Isn't the PC description called "living impaired"???
striperman36 05-29-2013, 03:46 PM Browdy interviewed Suzanne Bump today. One Transitionally Assisted person LOST their EBT card 127 times!! They must need alot of assistance. I think 126 of those cards were active
Put pictures on them. come on it's a joke now.
Backbeach Jake 05-29-2013, 05:58 PM It's not about welfare fraud, it's about the state agency responsible not doing their friggin' job.

Swimmer 05-30-2013, 03:11 PM The feds did the same study and gave thier report quietly to Coupe Deval in 2012. He did nothing with it, nothing. Suzanne Bump, a Whitman girl I might add, went quite a bit farther. Not one of the things the feds pointed out were acted upon, not one. One year later. Bump has balls.
Swimmer 05-30-2013, 07:19 PM This is a form of racketeering by the democrats and the people that vote for them.

If I lose my paycheck, you know what happens? I'm fooked. There is no backup, there is no redo. I do without. 127 times? C'mon!

Yes Fred, like a recent study in Joisey showed welfare and unemployment of
$23 million was paid to people while behind bars over a 22 month period back
in 2011. Not bad, go to jail get free food, healthcare and lodging at the same
time collect $$ from the state.
WTH kind of job are these people doing?
Swimmer 06-04-2013, 07:47 AM Deval Patrick is accusing Bump and the rest of the auditors office of lying. Bump for govenor!
