Van 06-15-2003, 07:34 PM Are you talkin chartplotter/GPS ?? striperswiper 06-16-2003, 10:02 AM I just received a Garmin 162 e for fathers day. Great inexpensive unit, under 500.oo w/Bluechart cd. The map covers south. Maine to Long Island. Just black & white but I couldn't afford to go color. The soft ware is great to work with. MikeTLive 06-16-2003, 03:21 PM I am looking for portable multi-use. - car/boat/trail no plotter needed. fishsmith 06-16-2003, 03:39 PM I've got a magellan 315, it's 3years old and works great and easy to use. does eat up the batteries pretty quick though. GBOUTDOORS 06-16-2003, 04:48 PM I would go with the Garmin 176 color or black+white GPS/plotter very portable I use it in the boat/car/fourwheeler/and on foot while hunting. Great detail and the ocean charts are perfect. RockLobsta 06-16-2003, 08:03 PM Garmin 76...... vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
