A good southwest blow should keep the cloud from drifting my way. :rotf2:

Have about 100 people coming for our annual bash. Rented a big tent (just in case) and a Moon Walk bouncy house for the kids

Im leaving for CA in a few hours to see wifes family. Staying with bro in-law that has a new house, aka mansion, right on the bay overlooking san fancisco. should be interesting.

I'm on vacation starting tomorrow and happy to see the weather if finally going to change so I'm pumped to dry out finally. Friends pool party tomorrow, lots of laughs, shoes, corn hole, good food and lots of beer. Friday I think I'm heading out of Plymouth to try P-town for the morning for a change of pace, it's the annual trip out with the girlfriend and he best friend. Probably more of a pleasure cruise then anything else, I'll get back to some more serious fishing next week.

Fishing tonight, and spending the day tomorrow at the firestation. Taking the truck down to see the fireworks tomorrow night. Friday off with the bride and the boy to a beach.(I hate the beach) The deal was we have to go somewhere the boy and I can fish while she soaks up some rays. Going to dunk the boat on Saturday morning for a bit then heading to a friends annual party. Fishing again Sunday morn and off to Seekonk Speedway for the thrill show with the family.

Tomorrow, I think we're having some sort of hot dog competition.

Friday through Sunday, I'm on call.

4th of July and NYE were never big holidays for me, personally. I've always picked up the extra shifts at work. For a while Brad's sister lived in Eastie and I would stop by and meet all of their friends after work and see the fireworks from J-Point. That used to be nice.

Now both the company and Brad's sister are no longer there.

Happy 4th everybody!
Rick

Gonna try to fish as much as possible (which these days means maybe I'll get out twice!) See some fireworks tonight, then the big Rockport bonfire on the 4th mixed in with food and beeahs.
